Jordan Fisher, Managing Partner
Jordan Fisher is a seasoned real estate investor, private lender, licensed broker, and one of the nation’s leading authorities in the residential distressed property market. He is nationally known for his teachings on real estate leverage and is very active within the Los Angeles and Orange County real estate investment communities having bought and sold hundreds of short sales, foreclosures, probates, trust sales and other distressed properties. Jordan is also a member of several influential real estate mastermind groups across the county and mentors other real estate investors and agents in creative real estate investing, deal analysis, transactional engineering and exit strategies.
Jordan earned his undergraduate degree from The University of Michigan and his MBA from The University of Southern California. Come college football season, this can lead to some serious internal rivalries.
Mike Zlotnik, Managing Partner
Mike Zlotnik has been a debt and equity investor in real estate for more than 10 years. He started his career and had spent nearly 15 years in the information technology field managing Risk, Business Intelligence, and Quality of complex systems, software, and processes. He is a strong analytic and strategic thinker, focused on improving profitability through data analysis, business process engineering, and optimization. While building a successful carrier in IT, Mike’s passion has always been real estate investing because of its predictability of outcome and well understood risks. In 2009, Mike joined Tempo Funding, LLC (Mortgage Pool Fund) as a managing partner and Vice President of funding operations. Under Mike’s leadership, the company grew over 40% per year on average from 2009 through September 2013, delivering strong returns for the fund investors.
Mike holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics from Binghamton University and relishes the opportunity to solve complex financial and strategic challenges.
Yuriy Novodvorskiy serves as Inspire Capital’s Porfolio Analyst and oversees all day- to-day operations, loan servicing, underwriting and risk mitigation. With a background in mathematics and quantitative analysis, he has been essential in maintaining a high level of efficiency and performance for the Fund. Yuriy is a native of Moscow and holds a B.A. in Economics from Dartmouth College.
Fairway America, LLC (3rd Party Administration)
Inspire Capital utilizes Fairway America, LLC, an experienced and longtime fund manager as well as fund advisory, consulting, administration, and servicing firm, to provide the Fund with professional administration in the areas of loan servicing, financial statement preparation, investor subscriptions and redemptions, and other back office administration functions. Fairway America has the relevant infrastructure, resources, and experience that significantly assist the Fund and Manager in the professional administration of the Fund.
